Twitter is my source for most of my food policy information. I follow tons of people advocating for a better food system and from them I source a lot of the stuff that was on this blog before i started writing my thesis. While writing, I went on a twitter hiatus bc i really didnt need to get distracted by all the food-policy related shenanigans. HOWEVER i have returned to twitter and am super excited to be reading all about the drought and our effed up agricultural system, mcdonalds corporate control over the olympics and meat recalls for beef that was contaminated with salmonella and sold 2 months ago, that likely already sickened everyone it would have. Hopefully today I will be able to put some of these articles together and post them on here. YAY I’m BACK!
