Oh, I’m sorry, did it look like I was trying to be productive?
By far, one of the most frustrating things about being a nutritionist is having to hear about all these “radical thinkers” who are “debunking the myths” of the role of food and the pathogenesis of disease. I recently just heard about Natasha Campbell-McBride who claims we don’t actually know what causes atherosclerosis. She joins a list of fine folks like Gary Taubes who really just need to stop villifying the field of nutrition and the actual scientists doing the actual research. You can advocate all you want about the “evil” of fat, protein or carbohydrates, but when all is said in done, your message IS NOT NEW. Your “recommendations” if your even qualified to make them are in line with what nutritionists have been saying for years. Eat less saturated fat, fewer refined carbohydrates and don’t consume excessive protein. Eat more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat more fiber. Please, do me and everyone else a favor, and stop creating an atmosphere of fear around food and health.
i can only handle so much socializing until i get tired and start getting irritated towards everyone and want to go home and sleep or lock myself in my room and go on the computer
i hate the ‘i need to listen to new songs but i don’t have the patience to get into new songs’ feeling
i hate it when adults assume i’m on the internet all the time by choice. if i had enough money to travel around and etc, do you think i would be withering away my youth behind a computer screen you useless paperclip.
I dont think i have ever heard the term useless paperclip used as an insult before.
clearly you never tried to write a word document in the 90s
